Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Akshar Staffing. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals. This is a full-time position located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

 

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment
  • Knowledge of healthcare roles, responsibilities, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for sourcing candidates
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

 

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes to effectively source candidates.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters and team members to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.
